Meryl Streep and Amy Adams are on the road promoting their new flick entitled, “Doubt.” They visited the ladies on “The View” on Friday. I love both of these woman and can’t wait to see this film.
They chat about the costumes they wore on set, playing nuns, the proper way to pronounce Pulitzer, and Amy’s engagement!
Wow Paula Abdul must have not wanted to leave any of her necklaces at home. She is wearing more gold chains than Mr. T!
Paula chats about the recent death of her fan who died in front of her house in November, selling her house, the 4th judge added to American Idol, her new jewelry line for HSN and her reality show.
Are you guys getting tired of all this Hugh Jackman coverage? Yeah, me either! Hugh is out promoting his new movie with Nicole Kidman, “Australia.” It’s not doing so hot at the box office but it sure is nice to watch Hugh doing all these interviews.
He chats about his wife, being the sexiest man alive, dressing up in costumes for his wife, and the early days in “Australia.”
Nicole Kidman is doing the rounds to promote her new film from Baz Luhrmann’s “Australia.” She looks lovely here. She chats openly about all the feelings surrounding the birth of her daughter with husband Keith Urban, Sunday Rose at the age of 41.
She also chats about juggling family and work, working with the “Sexiest Man Alive” Hugh Jackman, horseback riding, and preparing for the holidays.
Alicia Keys was on “The View” yesterday where she chatted with the ladies about being a 4 threat, blazing her own path, her love of music, recording the theme song for the new 007 movie, and her latest movie, “The Secret Life of Bees.”
She looks smokin’! She also performs “Superwoman” from her latest cd.
Thomas Beatie, the transgender “pregnant man” who gave birth to a daughter in June, is pregnant again.
In an interview with Barbara Walters, Beatie, 34, reveals that he is in his first trimester.
“I feel good,” said Beatie, who is due June 12. “I had my checkups with my hormone level, as far as the HCG. And everything is right on track.”
I really don’t understand why he keeps being called a man? Isn’t he/she essentially still a woman if he/she still has a woman’s reproductive organs? Maybe I’m ignorant. Anyone care to explain?
If Beatie had such an urge to become a mother then why didn’t he just stay a woman till after he had children? Then he could have kept his breasts and maybe breast fed the child? I don’t know, to each their own.
I hope I am wrong but I feel like they keep doing this just for publicity.
Ricky Gervais joined the ladies on “The View” today. He is promoting his new HBO Comedy Special entitled, “Out of England” which will premiere on Saturday, November 15th.
They chat about Ricky’s experiences here in the U.S., being a fatter version of Tom Cruise, his new movie “Ghost Town,” being a pop star, and working with Tina Fey.
Oldie but goody George Hamilton was on “The View” this week to chat about his new memoir entitled, “Don’t mind if I do.” He chats about tanning, “Dancing with the Stars,” having an affair with his step-mother (omg), and his new book.
Paris Hilton was a guest on “The View” today to promote her latest reality flick for MTV, “My new BFF.” Apparently her and Joy Behar had some words!
The show played the video of Hilton spoofing John McCain and things went downhill after that. Behar said, “Too bad you can’t vote … because you were in the slammer. My friend was in the slammer and couldn’t vote.”
Looking shocked, Hilton shot back, “I can vote.”
“Oh, it was just a misdemeanor?” Behar asked.
“Yes, I drove with a suspended license,” said Hilton.
I can’t wait to see the video, I bet things got really awkward after that comment. Paris hates talking about her visit to the slammer!
