Warrant issued in Scott Ruffalo shooting December 8, 2008

A warrant has been released for a person of interest by the Beverly Hills police.  The prime suspect in the attempted murder investigation is Shaha Mishaal Adham.  TMZ has learned that Shaha is related to Saudi Arabian royalty.  She is ready for the battle, she has already hired high profile attorney Keith Davidson.

Another “person of interest, Brian Scofield, has yet to be named as a suspect.

Scott is still in the hospital in critical conditions.

UPDATE: Scott Ruffalo passed away last night.

Beverly Hills Police Sgt. Renato Moreno says the 39-year-old died late Monday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., after clinging to life for a week.

My condolences go out to the Ruffalo family.  I hope the guilty parties are brought to justice.

Mark Ruffalo’s brother shot December 3, 2008

Mark Ruffalo and his family have received horrible news this week.  Mark’s younger brother Scott was shot in the head in his Beverly Hills apartment on Monday.

“Our detectives will not say if it was a shooting,” Beverly Hills Police Department spokesman Tony Lee told E! News. “All we can say is that we are investigating some suspicious circumstance that [occurred] early Monday morning.”

A rep for Mark Ruffalo has no comment at this time, citing that the case is an ongoing police investigation.
