Comedian Sarah Silverman hosted the first ever “Music for Mercy Corps,” a fundraising event to benefit the people of Darfur on Saturday. The event was held at “The Tuscan VIlla” in New York and included a live performance by “The English Beat” and a live auction of items donated by Coldplay, Yoko Ono, Bon Jovi, B.B. King, Tom Petty and Elvis Costello.
Attendees included, Sarah Silverman, Cary Elwes, Oded Fehr (Deuce Bigalow Flix & Mummy 1/2), Todd Barry (Flight of the Conchords) and CNN’s Alina Cho.
