Car Crash on set of 30 Rock November 21, 2008

NBC is confirming that there was a car crash on the set of NBC hit tv show 30 Rock.

“An automobile accident occurred Wednesday night while filming a scene in Long Island City,” NBC tells us. “Some actors were grazed by one of the cars involved. They were examined at a local hospital and released.”

E! Online has a statement from someone close to the situation said,  “It was scary, accidents always are, but it honestly wasn’t that big of a deal,  The actors involved were just a little shaken and had a few minor scrapes and bruises.”

Apparently a taxi veered up onto the sidewalk, causing the actors, including Tina Fey and a 9-year-old actor, to dart out of the way. The taxi crashed into another car.

Dania Ramirez is bringing sexy back! September 26, 2008

With Heroes back, Dania Ramirez is ready to add more sexiness to the life of her character Maya who up until now is mostly known for just being this cry baby with black tears.

Dania admits that even she was frustrated with the way Maya’s character was evolving.

“I know everybody was frustrated… and I can understand that,” the actress told the New York Daily. “Her story line dragged a little bit, even for me. I wanted it to move along as well. People loved the original characters, so it was hard to get introduced after that.”

Expect more sexy love scenes with co-star Sendhil Ramamurthy who plays Dr. Mohinder Suresh.

“They fall for each other, and I’ll give you a clue: It’s in an animalistic way,” she reveals.

My Name is Earl scores David Arquette! September 3, 2008

Funnyman David Arquette is planning a trip to Camden County!  Producer of “My Name is Earl” Greg Garcia announced today that David Arquette will be playing a hapless amateur stuntman in an upcoming episode.

In the episode, scheduled to air this fall, Earl decides it’s time to make it up to local stunt man, Sweet Johnny (guest-star David Arquette, “Scream”) for sleeping with his girlfriend 10-years-ago. When Earl finds Sweet Johnny, he discovers his friend has a permanent injury that makes righting the wrong seem almost impossible. Elsewhere, Joy (Jaime Pressly) buys a gun after someone carjacks the Brat, but Darnell (Eddie Steeples) does not approve of owning the firearm. Ethan Suplee and Nadine Velazquez also star.

“My Name is Earl” comes back for Season 4 on September 25th at 8 p.m. on NBC.

Selma doesn’t want to be fat! August 15, 2008

Gawd, who does?  Selma Blair doesn’t like the fact that she had to put on some pounds for her role in the new sitcom she is working on for NBC entitled, “Kath & Kim.”  Selma described the weight gain as “unpleasant.”

“I’d have lacerations on my body from my shorts being so tight,” Selma revealed.

“They’d yell ‘cut’, and people would come over with a bathrobe because I was so embarrassed about the flab rolling over.”

“It was so ugly,” she continued. “That and my double chin. I’ve lost the weight but it’s difficult to get it off as you get older.”

By the looks of these pictures she doesn’t look fat at all!  What’s wrong with having a little meat on yer bones anyways?
