Matt Grants confirms new love! October 23, 2008

Ok the last time I said that Matt had confirmed a new love, it was a joke!  He had claimed to be dating “Dancing with the Stars” dancer, Cloris Leachman.  But now he does confess he has found love again.

The former Bachelor is dating 39-year-old Sarah Robarts, his British-born public relations representative.

“It’s turned into the best relationship I have ever been in,” Grant tells PEOPLE. “I’m completely in love. She’s extremely beautiful inside and out. She’s one in a million.”

“We connected on every level,” he says. “If she had been on The Bachelor, there would not have been a competition. It would’ve been the shortest season ever.”

My favorite part of the interview is this:

“It’s just so ironic that I came all the way over from England to find love on The Bachelor in America. And in the end, I fall in love with a Brit.”

“The Bachelor’s” Matt Grant was on “The Bonnie Hunt Show” today and he confessed to having a very serious new love interest!  I heard that “Dancing with the Stars” alum Helio Castroneves took her out on a date!  Uh oh!

Matt wants the ring back! July 30, 2008

Matt Grant and Shayne Lamas are no longer a couple, as we all knew would happen. But now there is controversy with the ring! Shayne says that she wants to keep the 2.85-carat Tacori platinum-and-diamond eternity ring “safe and clean and in a glass box — like a glass slipper.”

Matt calls foul! He claims “It wasn’t a ‘gift’ so much, It’s not a television or a handbag. It’s a symbol of marriage that didn’t happen.” Grant goes on further to say that she should sell the ring and donate half to the charity of her choosing and the other half to his pet cause, the abolition of puppy mills.

Shayne has not responded to these requests but those of us on the outside of this mess think Matt has the right idea.

T.V. Recap 5/27/08 May 27, 2008

Not much going on during this long Memorial Day weekend. T.V. was pretty boring, I found myself watching the Different Strokes marathon on B.E.T. yesterday! So many channels yet so little programs to watch. For example, that crappy new reality show with that “actress” who just won’t go away! Sorry guys, I won’t have clips of that.

Ever since trying out my vodpod widget I realized that I could provide a wide variety of videos without adding them all to my page. Some of the videos I wouldn’t normally post but some of you may be interested in them.

So I am going to try out this new feature and see how it works out. Please give me some feedback so that if it does not work for you guys I will go back to posting them as entries.
