UPDATE: Thanks to all my awesome readers, the mystery man has been identified as Chris Lowell. Her friend and former co-star on “Veronica Mars.” So could it have just been two friends at the movies?

That is Chris Lowell he played Piz on Veronica Mars, he is currently on Private Practice. Kristen has been known to hang out with old co-stars all the time.
I really hope Kristen and Dax are over. She looks so much better with Chris Lowell!! she deserves the best man in the world!!
