The new PBS television show “Spain…on the road again” had a launch party last night in New York City. The show stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Mario Batali, Mark Bittman and Claudia Bassols. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a pictures of Mario Batali not wearing those crocs!

I’m so disappointed! No one that I wanted to win won anything! So “The Office” cast left empty handed, my guys from “Flight of the Conchords” got nill, and Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant went home with nothing for “Extra’s.”

The red carpet portion of the Emmy’s has started and pictures are starting to trickle in. Right now Ricky Gervais is being interviewed on E! with his lovely girlfriend of 25 years Jane Fallon. I really hope that Extra’s, The Office and Flight of the Conchords take home Emmy’s!
