Model/Actress and ex-wife of rocker Rod Stewart is engaged again! Rachel is engaged to her 26 year old stud of a boyfriend Canadian ice hockey star Jarret Stoll. Hunter and Stoll, who plays for the Los Angeles Kings, have been together for about two years and have a house in Los Angeles.
